When will my order ship after purchasing?

Processing timeframe spans 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday not including holidays. Shipping times vary depending on where you are located in the US.

How is my shipping cost calculated?

Shipping cost is calculated based upon location and weight.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged by the courier, or leaked or melted in transit, please contact us immediately at PeauPerfection@X-Peau.com with your order number. We will replace the damaged product. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout are not eligible for a refund or replacement. If an incorrect address was entered, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier directly to locate or redirect the package.
